We are seeking a passionate and resilient Science Teacher with QTS to teach students aged 11–16 within a specialist secondary setting. This is a full-time position with an immediate start, working 8.30am to 3.30pm, Monday to Friday. You will be joining an exceptional specialist provision set in a calm, rural environment that supports both learning and wellbeing. The school is widely recognised for:

Students have a range of Special Educational Needs, including: Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, Communication and sensory processing difficulties and Associated learning and behavioural needs
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver adapted Science lessons to meet individual needs
* Create a structured, safe and engaging learning environment
* Support pupils’ academic progress and personal development
* Work closely with support staff and multidisciplinary teams
Requirements
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Minimum 6 months childcare experience, particularly supporting children with SEN needs
* Experience teaching SEN or specialist settings is highly desirable
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle due to the rural location
* A patient, adaptable and resilient teaching approach
