Customer Service Representative

Aylesbury (Office Based)
Permanent / Full-time - 37.5 hours per week
About the role
Working in our customer service contact centre, you will join a dedicated, passionate, fun, and energetic team, assisting customers with queries and providing resolutions while delivering excellent service.
Candidate requirements
* Passionate about customers with excellent communication skills
* Attention to detail and a positive attitude
* Ability to stay calm under pressure
* Experience in customer service preferred
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office helpful but not essential (training provided)
