Job Title: Senior Structural Engineer
Salary: £50k – £58k

About the Role
They’re looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to take a hands-on role in the design and delivery of standout structural projects. You’ll be stepping into a supportive, forward-thinking team, where you’ll work closely with architects, clients, and contractors to bring bold structural concepts to life.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead the structural design of various building projects using materials including concrete, steel, timber, and masonry.
* Manage project delivery from concept through to construction, ensuring high-quality outcomes and client satisfaction.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including architects, contractors, and internal design teams.
* Support and mentor graduate and mid-level engineers.
* Attend client meetings, design workshops, and site visits.
* Contribute to innovation, sustainability, and buildability in structural solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
* Degree-qualified in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Chartered or near-chartered status (MICE or MIStructE).
* Proven experience in UK-based building structures design, ideally across a range of sectors.
* Proficient in relevant design software such as Tekla, ETABS, Revit, or similar.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with clients and project stakeholders.
