Theatre Practitioner Role Overview Our theatre department is seeking a skilled practitioner to join our team in delivering high-quality patient care. Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable individual to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the smooth operation of our theatres. The role will involve working closely with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals to prepare instruments, maintain sterility, and anticipate surgical needs. You will also be responsible for supporting the anaesthetist in equipment preparation, patient monitoring, airway management, and positioning. Additionally, you will provide post-operative care, monitor vital signs, manage pain and nausea, and ensure patient readiness for discharge.
