This specialist adult care provider delivers high-quality, person-centred support for adults aged 18–65 and 65+. The Role
As a Support Worker, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with physical and learning disabilities, dementia and mental health needs within a 24-hour care setting. You'll support daily living, wellbeing and social activities both in the home and the community, making this a rewarding, hands-on role for someone passionate about empowering others and improving lives.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver person-centred care that meets emotional, physical and social needs
Support individuals with personal care, hygiene and medication
Assist with cooking, meal preparation and maintaining a safe, clean environment
Encourage independence and participation in daily life and leisure activities
Provide one-to-one and small group support, including community outings
Act as a positive role model and build trusting, respectful relationships
Ensure accurate record keeping and timely completion of reports
Support access to Social Workers and advocacy where required
Promote dignity, choice and inclusion at all times
Follow company policies, care plans and safeguarding procedures
Attend and actively engage in training, meetings and reviews

Experience in adult care, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, dementia or mental health

Willingness to work 12-hour shifts, including waking nights

A commitment to person-centred, values-led care
An interest in continuous training and skills development
