A busy and well-established business in Ipswich is seeking a dedicated and organised Administrator to join the team full-time. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting daily operations and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring smooth communication across departments.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls and responding to customer queries professionally and efficiently
Booking staff training sessions and maintaining accurate training records
Managing spreadsheets and generating reports to support business operations
Collating information for reports
Coordinating appointments and documentation
Supporting stock control processes and general office administration
Requirements:
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator with good written and verbal skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
Flexibility to assist with additional tasks as and when required
Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
