Supply Desk are proud to be working with a well-respected secondary school in Chatham, known for its inclusive ethos and positive school culture. They are seeking a dynamic, adaptable Cover Supervisor to join their team on a full-time, long-term basis.

What You'll Be Doing:
* Supervising classes across a range of subjects in the absence of teaching staff
* Ensuring students remain on task with the work set and maintaining a productive learning environment
* Managing behaviour confidently and professionally in line with school policies
* Building positive relationships with students, many of whom have SEND or varied learning abilities
* Supporting inclusion and demonstrating understanding, flexibility, and empathy
* Providing feedback to teachers about student participation and engagement
We're Looking For Someone Who:
* Has strong classroom management and a confident presence
* Can build rapport quickly with students and staff
* Brings a calm, inclusive, and professional approach to every lesson
* Is enthusiastic, flexible, and thrives in a busy secondary school environment
* Has prior experience in a Cover Supervisor, TA, HLTA, or similar educational role
* Holds a current DBS on the Update Service or is willing to apply for one
This role is ideal for:
* Aspiring teachers looking to gain school-based experience
* Experienced Cover Supervisors or HLTA professionals ready for a fresh, full-time opportunity
