RG Consultancy are delighted to be working with an established business based in Trafford Park who are looking to strengthen their finance team with the addition of an Accounts Assistant on a 6 month contract. This role will support and take ownership of routine transactional finance across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, CIS, expenses, and reconciliation processes, ensuring business-as-usual activities are delivered accurately and on time while senior finance resource is focused on delivering key automation and team optimisation projects. The Role: Receive, process, code and post invoices to the correct ledgers. Prepare weekly payment runs. Handle invoices for contractor vehicles and costs. Reconcile CIS deductions Input CIS data to HMRC with month returns. Handle credit card and expenses for the company. The Candidate: Proven experience in an Accounts Assistant or similar role. Good experience with AP/AR processes. Strong excel and finance systems knowledge (Syspro desirable) The Package: £30,000 - £32,000 22 days holiday (pro rata) Pension Contributions Hybrid working after probationary period
