About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Copilot Consultant to join a growing AI-focused consultancy on a permanent basis. The organisation specialises in helping businesses adopt and scale generative AI solutions, with a strong focus on delivering measurable value through Microsoft technologies.
This role will play a critical part in supporting both internal enablement and client-facing delivery, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio. You will work across multiple engagements, delivering impactful training, supporting adoption, and helping clients unlock productivity gains through AI.
Key Responsibilities
You will design and deliver high-quality training sessions and workshops focused on Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences. You will support the enablement function by developing reusable assets, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives that strengthen internal capability.
Working closely with project teams and clients, you will help drive successful Copilot adoption across pilot programmes and enterprise rollouts, ensuring solutions deliver tangible business outcomes. You will also act as a trusted advisor, translating complex AI concepts into practical, value-driven use cases aligned to client needs.
About You
You bring strong hands‑on experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio, alongside a consulting mindset and the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. You have a proven track record of delivering training, workshops, or enablement programmes, and can communicate complex ideas in a clear, accessible way.
Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, is highly desirable, as is an understanding of how AI solutions can be implemented safely and effectively within business environments.
