We are delighted to be recruiting an Operations Manager for a premium care home provider with a growing portfolio of newly built, high-quality homes. The focus is on delivering outstanding care in exceptional environments, combining beautifully designed facilities with strong leadership and a culture of continuous improvement. As part of the groups continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to support the senior leadership across the portfolio of homes.
As Operations Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership across a group of care homes, working closely with a team of experienced and high-achieving Home Managers. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional care standards, strong regulatory performance, and commercial success across your portfolio.
This is a highly visible leadership role where you will support and mentor Home Managers to achieve outstanding outcomes for residents, teams, and the wider organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and operational oversight to a portfolio of care homes
Line manage, coach and support a team of experienced Home Managers
Ensure homes deliver high-quality care and maintain excellent regulatory compliance
Help drive performance across quality, occupancy, financial management and team engagement
Support new home openings and the integration of newly built homes into the portfolio
Work collaboratively with senior leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements
Identify opportunities for service development and continuous improvement
We are looking for an experienced care home leader with a strong operational background and a passion for delivering exceptional care.
Requirements:
Experience managing a nursing home setting is essential
Nurse or non-nurse candidates will be considered
Previous multi-site or senior management experience within the care home sector
Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate high-performing teams
Commercial awareness with the ability to drive occupancy and performance
Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
