Key Responsibilities:
1. Drive Sales Excellence: Achieve sales targets, gross profit goals, and objectives, demonstrating your sales skills.
2. Build Customer Relationships: Develop strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support.
3. Strategic Planning: Prepare thoroughly for sales calls to ensure effective execution.
4. Prompt Customer Service: Respond quickly to customer inquiries with professionalism.
5. Industry Involvement: Participate in local HVACR and LP Gas associations, committees, and events.
6. Ethical Standards: Maintain integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
Preferred Qualifications:
* HVAC Knowledge: Familiarity with HVAC and supplies is preferred.
* Skills and Abilities: Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Drive and Independence: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and exceeding expectations.
Requirements:
* Clean Driving Record: Maintain a responsible driving record.
* Automotive Insurance: Provide proof of insurance coverage.
