As a HR Business Analyst, you will help facilitate change by reviewing existing business processes and systems and defining requirements to support the business and drive efficiencies. You will provide a vital link between the Business and the Systems teams, understanding both elements to provide a channel for change. The role is located at Market Drayton with a hybrid working model (3 days on site per week). Your challenge for the HR Business Analyst (12-month FTC): - • Requirement gathering from the SME population. • Learn and understand existing processes and systems to assist with change through project life cycle. • Ensure projects support the business with requirements gathering and documentation • Define future state architecture for projects. • Facilitate communication between project and business stakeholders, developers and software application engineers. • Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research. • Persuade internal and external stakeholders of the benefits of new technology or strategies. • Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems. • Run workshops and training sessions. • Recommend and develop business products and solutions to meet ongoing and future requirements.
