Salary: GBP100,000 - GBP120,000 per annum + FTE
Exclusively partnered with a media and advertising analytics company to recruit a Group Tax Senior Manager to join their team. This is a part-time role, 3 days a week.
The role will be responsible for managing the group's tax compliance and planning, and will oversee the global tax affairs of the group.
Roles and responsibilities:
1. Lead relationship with external advisers and HMRC
2. Oversee tax compliance processes, filings, and preparation of computations
3. Develop the group's tax strategy and identify planning opportunities
4. Oversee Transfer Pricing policy
5. Provide tax input to M&A activities across the group
Salary - GBP120k + bonus and benefits (FTE)
