Hours: Monday to Friday - 7:00am to 16:30pm
Location: Wembley
Role Responsibilities - Warehouse Supervisor:
* Take ownership of international shipping operations including export packing, LCL sea freight, and airfreight preparation
* Manage temporary warehouse staff, setting high standards and leading by example
* Assist crews with removals and warehouse activity as needed
* Ensure all paperwork and documentation are accurate, timely, and properly processed
* Monitor and maintain stock levels of materials, supplies, and uniforms
* Oversee cleanliness and maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment
* Ensure all warehouse and logistics procedures are followed and recorded
* Deliver excellent customer service through efficient warehouse operations
* Always promote and enforce health and safety standards across the team
Desirable:
* Full, clean UK driving licence
* Export packing experience
* Forklift truck licence (essential)
* Strong IT skills and confidence working with logistics systems
* A proactive, organised mindset with strong leadership qualities
