️ Join Our 365 Moto Logistics Team! ️ We’re on the lookout for a Portuguese-Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham Central, Surrey. Main Duties: Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses. Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK. Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies. Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in-house logistics systems. Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges. Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance. Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality. Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs. Key Skills: Fluent in Portuguese and English. Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills. Comfortable using logistics and planning systems. Proactive, team-first attitude with a drive to exceed expectations. Passion for continuous improvement and personal development. Bonus Points For: Experience in transport or logistics coordination.
