We’re on the lookout for a Portuguese‑Speaking Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and passionate team at 4th Dimension Innovation in Egham Central, Surrey. Main Duties
* Coordinate and monitor the full transport cycle across the 365 Moto operation and associated 4th Dimension Group businesses.
* Ensure motorcycles are transported safely and efficiently across the UK.
* Handle over 50 inbound and outbound calls daily, communicating with drivers, clients, and partner companies.
* Plan, organize, and issue routes using our in‑house logistics systems.
* Ensure customers are informed about and make payments for excess and additional charges.
* Work closely with Driver Team Leaders to maintain vehicle standards and performance.
* Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, and service quality.
* Liaise with internal teams like MotoMine, Hire Fleet, and Farnham Honda to meet all transportation needs.

* Fluent in Portuguese and English.

The Essentials
* Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
* Shift Pattern: Earliest start: 7am, Latest finish: 6:30pm
* Salary: £27,000 to £28,500
* Location: On‑site, Egham Central, Surrey - Some Hybrid availability after Probation
* Contract: Full‑time
