Office Manager (Maternity Cover)

Buckinghamshire

On-site role, 8:30am – 4:30pm, Monday to Friday, or 9:30am – 3:00pm

Up to £30,000 (FTE)

Rise10 Recruitment are partnering with a multi-award-winning design company, to find an experienced Office Manager for a maternity cover role. This position is crucial for ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and providing essential support across all operations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Processing customer orders efficiently and accurately
* Acting as a point of contact for suppliers and maintaining strong relationships
* Handling customer enquiries and resolving queries in a timely manner
* Preparing and providing building quotes using bespoke software
* Managing the company inbox and ensuring correspondence is handled professionally
* Sorting and distributing post
* Undertaking ad-hoc administrative and office support duties as required

About You:

* Proven experience in an Office Manager, Senior Administrator, or similar role
* Strong organisational and time management skills
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to quickly learn and use bespoke software systems
* Professional, proactive, and adaptable approach to work
