SHE Manager
Cambridgeshire – Up to £50,000
The company takes EHS seriously, having invested in certifications and management systems. The role requires you to host regulatory visits with confidence.
Responsibilities
* Lead EHS presence on site, owning the risk assessment register, incident management system, audit cycle.
* Represent the organization in front of HSE during unannounced visits.
* Benchmark against best practice, contribute to continuous improvement projects.
* Coaching wider site teams on EHS culture.
Qualifications
* Solid grounding in ISO45001 and ISO14001.
* Minimum NEBOSH Certificate.
* Experience in a manufacturing or similarly regulated environment.
* Strong communication skills – able to engage both front-line operatives and senior stakeholders.
Additional Information
Support from Head of EHS, but with accountability.
