Mortgage Advisor - Rhyl
PRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisors to join a well-established, Premiership status Appointed Representative Partner Firm.
We are looking for a CAS existing Mortgage and Protection advisor with broking experience for this location. The role will support the Reeds Rains estate agency business in Rhyl.
The role can be Employed or Self-Employed with all leads provided by the Estate Agency branch we partner with. The position can be full office working or hybrid working.
Base salary for the employed role is between £30,000 and £35,000, negotiable, with an OTE of £70,000+. If the advisor prefers the self‑employed role, the splits are 70% on self‑generated with the lead proportion at 45%.
