Location

Based in the Oxford, Abingdon, Didcot, Wantage area – commutable to the office.

Responsibilities

* Evaluate customer requirements and produce technical quotations.
* Work on low‑volume, bespoke, high‑value engineering projects for Aerospace & Defence customers.


Qualifications

* Commercial Engineer, Costing Engineer, Commercial Manager or Estimating Engineer experience preferred.
* Apprentice trained engineer, machinist, project engineer, mechanical engineer or similar technical background.
* Confident dealing with customers and stakeholders – strong communication skills required.
* Technical understanding of machining and precision engineering; lean manufacturing exposure a bonus.
* Ability to produce technical quotations or estimates – training can be provided.
