Key Responsibilities
* Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
* Processing orders, updates, and general administrative tasks
* Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties

* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
