Temporary Customer Service Administrator (3-Month Contract)

Location: Crawley

Hours: Flexible (Full-time or Part-time considered)

Start Date: Immediate / ASAP

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in Crawley on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and organisational skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Flexible working hours are available, making this role ideal for candidates seeking work-life balance.


Key Responsibilities

* Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels
* Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently
* Processing orders, updates, and general administrative tasks
* Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems
* Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties


What We’re Looking For

* Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
* A proactive and positive approach to work
