GSL Education are seeking a dedicated PE Teacher to join a vibrant school in Tickhill, DN11. This role offers the chance to inspire pupils across Key Stages through engaging lessons in physical education, encouraging participation and fostering a lifelong love for sport and activity. Responsibilities as a PE Teacher: Plan and deliver a broad range of PE lessons that develop fitness, skills, and teamwork. Organise and oversee extracurricular sports clubs, competitions, and events. Motivate students to achieve their personal best in both practical and theoretical aspects of PE. Promote a healthy, active lifestyle within the school community. Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all activities. Requirements for PE Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is mandatory. Strong knowledge of PE curriculum and sports coaching techniques is desirable. Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills. Passion for encouraging students of all abilities to enjoy physical activity. An enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one.
