You'll work closely with project managers, technical SMEs, delivery partners and risk teams to ensure accuracy, value for money, and commercial rigour. Your responsibilities will include: Producing outline and detailed cost plans for complex multi‑discipline projects Identifying missing scope and capturing accurate cost data Building Appendix B cost plans, including "should‑cost" modelling Reviewing programmes, supplier returns and delivery partner submissions Supporting risk analysis, cost‑benefit scenarios and commercial decision‑making Championing best practice across the estimating function This role gives you real influence - including presenting cost proposals to senior leadership and shaping estimating standards across the Capita l Programme.
