This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic to start their career in a dynamic and essential industry. No prior experience is necessary, as we provide all the training you'll need to succeed.
What You'll Do
* Assist our experienced surveyors in a variety of fieldwork tasks, including measuring and mapping land, buildings, roads, rivers, construction sites and much more.
* Learn how to operate and maintain state-of-the-art surveying equipment, such as GPS devices, total stations, and laser scanners.
* Gain hands-on experience with data processing and CAD software.
What We're Looking For
* GCSEs in Maths, Science and English
* A interest in surveying, geography, or construction.
* An interest and ability to work with the latest technology.
* Good computing skills.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
* The ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and be physically capable of walking long distances and carrying equipment.
* Ability to travel and work away when required.
* A valid driver's license.
* A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
