We have exciting new opportunities to work within an established 14 bed Elective Surgical/ orthopaedic/gynaecology /breast ward & a 3 bed Enhanced Care Unit, for Band 6 Sister/Charge Nurses. The successful candidates will be enthusiastic and forward-thinking. They will be motivated with excellent communication and leadership skills who will be able to support the Senior Sister and Multidisciplinary team in providing patient centred, high standards of care, and efficient safe management of patients. The successful candidate must have experience in post operative care and a post graduate critical care qualification is desirable. They will need to be confident in leading the team in the absence of the Senior Sister and be involved in providing an environment where junior team members are supported to develop.
