Job Title: Regulatory Delivery Senior Manager Locations : Any / Hybrid Role Overview Markerstudy Group are looking for a Regulatory Delivery Senior Manager within our Risk and Compliance team to ensure comprehensive and cohesive executive reporting and oversight on regulatory activities across the group. This includes major regulatory change projects (which will be managed centrally as part of the change team) and smaller functional activities that support requests from the regulator. Markerstudy Group is a leading provider of private insurance in the UK, insuring around 5% of the private cars on the UK roads, 20% of commercial vehicles and over 30% of motorcycles in total premium levels of circa £1.2b. The majority of business is written as the insurance pricing provider behind household names such as Co-op, Sainsbury’s, O2, Halifax, AA, Saga and Lloyds Bank to list a few and Markerstudy also has a large and growing direct presence in the market as well. Markerstudy are a fixed firm from a regulatory perspective, due to the scale of the business, with this brings greater engagement with the regulator and this role is to support the CEOs and CROs in ensuring delivery of these activities. You will leverage your extensive experience to lead and provide oversight on the delivery of the regulatory roadmaps. As the Regulatory Delivery Senior Manager, you will: Work closely with business areas to ensure regulatory focused projects are delivered. Work with senior stakeholders to ensure effective accountability and reporting on regulatory activity. Report to executive and Board level on progress and key challenges Key Responsibilities: Executive / Board Reporting Coordination : Compile and consolidate reports on all business activities. Ensure executive leadership has a clear and comprehensive view of ongoing projects and functional activities. Maintain regular communication with various departments to gather relevant information. Monitor and report on the progress of regulatory projects, supporting the business in identifying and addressing any issues or risks. Integration of Major Regulatory Change Projects : Collaborate with change team to obtain information on major regulatory change projects. Integrate these projects into the broader regulatory reporting framework. Tracking Broader Business Regulatory Activities : Working with the Compliance director, Risk director, CROs and senior managers in the business to develop delivery plans for the FCA Monitor and report on various functional activities that support regulatory requests. Ensure all relevant information is captured and communicated effectively. Identify and address any gaps in reporting / delivery.
