Real Estate Specialist (Relocating to Dubai)
Join Our Dynamic Real Estate Team in Dubai – Sales or Lettings Consultant
Location: Dubai
Salary: Commission Only (Unlimited earning potential)
Responsibilities
* Conducting valuations and arranging compelling marketing materials for new listings
* Staying on top of Dubai’s property laws, regulations, and market trends
* Managing and attending property viewings
* Negotiating deals from initial interest to final offer
* Coordinating with Sales Progression & Home Move teams to ensure smooth transactions
* Building strong, lasting relationships through regular follow-ups and care calls
* Proactively generating new business from our extensive database and your own network
* Liaising with banks, surveyors, mortgage brokers, and fellow agents
Qualifications
* Sales experience is a plus, but not essential – we train for success
* Confident communicator with fluent English (a second language is a bonus)
* Professional, polished, and personable - first impressions matter
* Self-motivated with strong networking and people skills
* Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and an eagerness to learn
* Must hold a valid UK or UAE driving license - own vehicle preferred (we can assist with rentals)
