Hours: 9am-5pm Mon-Thurs, 9am-4pm Fri (36.5 hours/week)

What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales Administrator, you'll be the friendly and efficient link between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service.
Customer Orders
9. Receive and process orders via email, phone, or website
10. Confirm details and manage invoicing and despatch
Customer Service
11. Handle queries on orders, deliveries, and stock
12. Support account managers with follow-ups and admin
Internal Coordination
13. Liaise with production, planning, and despatch teams
Administration & Reporting
14. Maintain accurate records and generate reports
15. Assist with general sales admin tasks
