Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire the kitchen brigade in the day-to-day operation
Design and implement fresh, seasonal menus
Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards
Manage stock control, ordering, and kitchen budgets
Maintain high levels of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards
Train and develop junior kitchen staff
Collaborate with hotel management to support wider business goals
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fresh food kitchen
Passion for high-quality, seasonal cooking
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
Understanding of health & safety and food hygiene regulations
