 
        LEGAL SECRETARY - RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING DEPARTMENT SHIRLEY SALARY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE Elite Touch Group Ltd are excited to be working with their well-established client, who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy residential Conveyancing department, based at their Shirley Office. Permanent vacancy at our Shirley office for a hard working and enthusiastic legal secretary to work in the conveyancing team. The successful applicant will require the following skills: Strong audio and copy typing skills. Proficient with Outlook, Word and preferably Excel; Confident telephone manner handling telephone and face to face enquiries from clients and third parties; Competent diary management skills to include organising meetings and appointments; Preparation of client bills and client reporting; Responsibility for file maintenance and correspondence; General ad-hoc administration duties. The ideal candidate will have previous legal secretarial experience together with excellent communication, organisational and time management skills. Salary is commensurate with experience.
