This role involves managing the full project lifecycle of Cat A and Cat B fit-outs, while serving as the primary technical authority for electrical installations. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery is safe, on time, and within budget, while providing specialised electrical oversight across all projects. Key Responsibilities1. Multi-Project Management End-to-End Delivery: Manage multiple concurrent Cat A and Cat B projects from pre-construction through handover and aftercare.
