Job description
Our client, a leading player in the technology sector, is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a contract basis. This role focuses on supply chain customer service within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Responding to customer queries via phone, email, chat, and post
2. Providing customers with information relating to the programme
3. Delivering excellent customer service consistently
4. Raising tickets in Service Now and redirecting them to the correct resolving areas
5. Handling disputes and complaints professionally and efficiently, ensuring prompt resolution
6. Managing ad-hoc requests as they arise
7. Maintaining accurate records of interactions and following up on outstanding queries
8. Ensuring compliance with policies and government regulations
Job Requirements:
9. Experience in supply chain customer service
10. Proficiency in using customer service software such as Service Now
11. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
12. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
14. Understanding of relevant policies and government regulations
15. Capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
