Key Responsibilities
* Develop strong relationships with existing customers, monitoring their purchases to identify upselling opportunities.
* Initiate, scope, and manage projects to increase sales yield levels and revenue.
* Collaborate with the Client Services team to carry out activities throughout the client lifecycle to increase renewal rates by volume and value.
* Develop and implement client sales plans for products and territories to meet sales targets.
* Support product development by suggesting new ideas and gathering client feedback, especially during new product launches.
* Build relationships with clients at conferences and through product demonstrations.
* Lead the creation of proposals and sales pitches for new products.
* Maintain accurate CRM records reflecting sales activities and stages.
* Ensure clients have signed contracts and orders are processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise
* 3+ years of B2B new business sales experience using a defined sales methodology.
* Several months+ of sales leadership experience in a B2B role is preferable.
* Experience in hiring, training, and coaching sales teams.
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Knowledge of account-based marketing and managing targeted campaigns.
* Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales and negotiating contracts/procurement processes.
* Organized, detail-oriented, with forecasting and reporting skills.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
* Working knowledge of the legal industry.
* Sales-driven, team-focused attitude with a collaborative approach.
