Tile Warehouse is part of the Topps Tiles Group based in Leicestershire, a newly formed Pureplay business undergoing an exciting growth period. We are now looking for a Digital Manager to join us.
This role is ideal for someone eager to join a growing business and accelerate their career in the digital ecommerce space. You will help define the business direction as well as your own role within Tile Warehouse. There are excellent opportunities for growth within the Topps Tile Group and specifically within Tile Warehouse.
You will collaborate with several dedicated colleagues across departments, including Sales, Buying, Finance, and Operations.
A broad skill set is required, including strategic planning, marketing, budgeting, team management, and reporting. A strong understanding of digital marketing channels and the ability to work effectively with different teams and agencies are crucial. Regular monitoring and reporting will ensure the strategy stays on track and achieves desired results.
You will be responsible for key areas such as managing digital marketing activities and the website development roadmap, both supported by excellent agencies.
Key Accountabilities:
* Strategy Management: Overseeing and contributing to the delivery of Tile Warehouse's strategic goals.
* Website Ownership: Managing all aspects of the website, from development to Search & Merchandising.
* Marketing Ownership: Taking responsibility for marketing channels and the website.
* Channel Management: Handling email and social media channels to drive sales.
* Monitoring: Tracking sales and KPIs daily.
* Reporting: Regularly reporting on website KPIs and conducting competitor research.
* Promotion Planning: Planning and executing promotional campaigns.
* Team Management: Leading colleagues within the digital team.
Essential Skills: We are looking for skills in the following areas, though not all are mandatory:
* Minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital ecommerce (lead generation experience is also valuable)
* A proactive, can-do attitude with excellent attention to detail
* A passion for digital technologies and marketing
* Experience managing individuals and external agencies
* Data analysis skills and knowledge
* Proven track record of driving traffic and increasing online sales
* Strong commercial awareness and technical understanding
* Proactive problem-solving skills
* Excellent knowledge of website development, usability, SEO, and reporting
* Strong market awareness and analytical skills
* Accountable, confident, and enthusiastic about ownership and making an impact
