We are looking for a Facilities Maintenance Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire on a fixed-term contract until 5th December 2025.

About The Role
As a Facilities Maintenance Officer, you will provide high-quality administrative support to ensure our facilities are well-maintained and compliant. You will work closely with Trust managers and staff to facilitate smooth operations and support our teams. This role involves working 20 hours per week.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
* Assist the Facilities Operations Supervisor in providing comprehensive administrative support to maintain high standards of facilities management.
* Serve as a point of contact for site teams, understanding their maintenance needs and coordinating schedules.
* Liaise with contractors to ensure services meet expectations.
* Document and track maintenance requests and resolutions for transparency.
* Support compliance checks and maintain related records.
* Contribute to process improvements for facilities management efficiency.
About You
You should be a proactive administrator with strong customer service and organizational skills, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple site requests. Confidence in articulating ideas clearly, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. Willingness to learn new systems is also important, with training provided.
