We are supporting a well respected, 5 Stardeveloper in their recruitment for a Sales Manager for their South West Region. This is a vital role that oversees the running of ateam based both within the regional office and out on site.
Working alongside the Sales Director and the Management Team, you will be responsible for driving sales and ensuring all set targets are met, whilst ensuring all your developments are presented to the highest standards.
You will motivate, mentor, and manage a team of sales consultants to achieve maximum prices with minimal incentives. Identifying training needs and providing ongoing coaching through team sessions, mystery shops, refresher training, and one to one meetings where necessary, ensuring all agreed KPI’s are met.
* Essential Skills
* Previous experience working in sales management for a volume developer
* Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to hit targets and motivate others
* Excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
* Strong planning and organisational skills, an attention to detail, and able to manage your own workload
* A good understanding of the sales and legal process
* A full drivers licence
