Pay: £100 – £135 per day (based on experience)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll support the day-to-day running of secondary schools by:
Delivering pre-prepared lessons in the absence of teaching staff
Ensuring students stay focused, engaged, and on task
Managing classroom behaviour with confidence and consistency
Promoting a positive, respectful and inclusive learning environment
Acting as a trusted adult and role model for students
No lesson planning or marking required – just the opportunity to build real classroom experience.
Who We’re Looking For
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds. You don’t need to be a qualified teacher – just someone who is:
Confident, calm and adaptable
Able to engage and lead groups of young people
Passionate about education, inclusion and youth development
Reliable, proactive, and a great communicator
Previous experience in schools, coaching, mentoring, or youth work is beneficial – but not essential. Full training and support will be provided.
