SupportingthebusinesstomaintainconsistentlyhighstandardsofHealth&Safety,Quality,andEnvironmentalcompliance.Internalprogressionplanwithintheteam.
Duties
* CarryoutHealth&Safetyriskassessmentsandcomplianceinspections
* ConductauditsacrosscompanysitesinlinewithISOstandards
* Identifycorrectiveandpreventiveactions
* Provideclearguidanceoncomplianceobligationsandstatutoryrequirements.
* Supportcolleaguesinunderstandingandimplementingcompanystandards
* Supportthebusinesstocomplywithadditionalmanufacturing-specificstandards
* Participateinincidentinvestigations,includingfollow-upactionsandreporting
* AssistinanimprovementplanforH&S,Quality,andEnvironmentalobjectives
* Supportandbeheavilyinvolvedinthecompany-widerolloutofanelectroniccompliance-monitoringsystem
* DevelopandmaintainadministrativeproceduresandproceduresfordocumentmanagementacrossQHSE
Required Experience
* 2ormoreyearsinaQHSE-relatedandcompliance-relatedrole
* ProvenunderstandingofbasicH&SandEnvironmentallaw,andpracticalworkplaceriskassessments/audits
* AlreadyholdorbewillingtoundertakeadditionalqualificationssuchasIOSHManagingSafely,H&Squalifications,auditingcourses
* FullyIT-proficient,includingMicrosoftOfficeapplicationsandothermorebespokesystemexperience
* Excellentinterpersonalskills
* Therewillbeanelementoftravelinthisrole,soapplicantsneedtobecomfortablewiththisandabletoundertaketheoccasionalovernightstayawayfromhome.Fullcleandrivinglicenserequired.
