We are now seeking a skilled and motivated Architectural Technologist with a strong background in BIM (Revit) to join our growing team in Belfast.
The Role
* Take responsibility for producing detailed design and construction documentation using Revit in line with BIM protocols
* Manage multiple projects at various stages of development
* Ensure technical and regulatory compliance across all drawing and model outputs
* Support project delivery through close collaboration with architects, consultants, and contractors
* Contribute to job running and project coordination duties across the office
* Help maintain and implement office BIM standards and best practices
What You’ll Need to Succeed
* A third‑level qualification in Architectural Technology, Architecture, or a construction‑related discipline
* A minimum of 5 years’ experience within an architectural practice
* Healthcare and/or Education experience (desirable)
* Strong technical design skills and a proven track record delivering BIM‑based projects using Revit
* A working knowledge of Building Regulations and CDM Regulations
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to design and documentation quality
* Excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage time and priorities across multiple schemes
