About the Role:
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join their team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in developing and managing their blue-collar staffing business within the Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman markets. Your success will be measured by exceeding KPIs and sales targets, fostering strong client relationships, and building a robust sales pipeline.
Responsibilities:
Develop and Manage Blue-Collar Business:
* Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to identify, secure, and retain clients within the blue-collar workforce segments in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman.
* Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and identify new business opportunities in the blue-collar staffing market.
Drive Sales Growth:
* Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets for revenue generation and client acquisition within the blue-collar sector.
* Submit timely and insightful sales reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) including sales pipeline, sales phasing forecast, and sales performance data.
Client Solutions and Relationships:
* Provide innovative staffing solutions to clients in Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman by utilizing skilled negotiation and a deep understanding of critical blue-collar staffing challenges.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer retention (KEEP) and development (GROW) through exceptional service and tailored solutions.
* Build and improve relationships with key suppliers and partners to optimise staffing solutions for clients.
Sales Execution and Growth:
* Build and maintain a strong personal sales pipeline with a methodical targeting strategy and a fully managed sales cycle for blue-collar staffing solutions.
* Actively prospect for new business opportunities through a variety of channels, including cold calling, networking, social media outreach, and following up on walk-in inquiries.
Compliance and Problem-Solving:
* Ensure compliance with all organizational policies and regulations that affect the Sales department, particularly those related to blue-collar staffing practices in the UAE.
* Proactively solve problems for clients and customers by developing custom staffing solutions.
Contract Negotiation and Optimisation:
* Evaluate contractual terms to ensure our client's interests are protected through negotiation and deviation strategies.
* Optimise profit margins and minimise liability within blue-collar staffing contracts.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Be prepared to undertake other responsibilities as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
* Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Business Development or Sales role within the staffing solutions industry, with a strong focus on blue-collar recruitment.
* Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth in the blue-collar staffing sector.
* In-depth understanding of the blue-collar workforce segments within the UAE market (Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman).
* Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with clients at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management and organisational skills.
