Finance & Admin Assistant We are seeking a reliable and organised Finance & Admin Assistant to support the day-to-day financial and administrative operations of the business. Key Responsibilities Maintain sales and purchase ledgers, including processing purchase orders (POs) Reconcile bank accounts and assist with maintaining accurate financial records Process invoices and manage general accounts administration Chase outstanding customer balances and assist with credit control activities Assist with filing, document management, and office administration Provide reception and front-of-house support when required, including answering calls and greeting visitors Support the wider team with general administrative duties as needed Requirements Previous experience in a finance, accounts, or administrative role Good attention to detail and organisational skills Confident using Microsoft Office and accounting software Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage workload and work independently Desirable Experience with bookkeeping or accounting systems Experience in a reception or customer-facing environment Hours & Salary Monday to Friday Flexible working hours available, including school-hours flexibility Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
