Key Responsibilities:
1. Strong understanding of UK HR policies, employment laws, and HR best practices
2. Lead Recruitment & Talent Acquisition for diverse business functions.
3. Provide strategic HR partnership and advisory support to top management.
4. Ensure compliance with UK Labour Laws, social security, and other statutory norms.
5. Foster strong employee relations and engagement across all levels.
6. Champion Employer Branding and digital HR initiatives to enhance efficiency and connect.
7. Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) and oversee complete payroll operations.
8. Drive Learning & Development (L&D) programs with measurable business impact.
9. Implement effective Performance Management Systems to build a high-performance culture.
10. Oversee HR Operations, Administration, and Legal Compliance (UK/EU).
11. Lead Organizational Development (OD), Workforce Planning, and HR Analytics.
12. Promote Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) across the organization.
13. Collaborate closely with the India HR team for alignment on global HR initiatives.
