This is an opportunity to work in a business driven by purpose, collaboration, and excellence, where every decision is guided by improving outcomes and experiences.Your new roleAs Head of Site Services & SHE, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering the strategy across facilities, sustainability, and Safety, Health & Environment (SHE). You will be responsible for driving operational excellence across the site while ensuring a safe, compliant, and future-ready workplace.Key responsibilities include:
* Strategic leadership - Define and deliver site services and workplace strategy aligned to both local and global objectives
* Compliance & governance - Ensure adherence to SHE regulations and maintain ISO standards (14001 & 45001), alongside robust business continuity and emergency planning
* Operations & maintenance - Oversee site infrastructure, including maintenance strategy, life cycle asset management, and performance KPIs
* Team leadership - Develop and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder engagement - Build strong relationships internally and externally, putting customers and site users at the centre of decision-making
* Security oversight - Manage and enhance physical, personnel, and information security frameworks
What you'll need to succeedTo be successful in this role, you will bring a blend of technical expertise, leadership capability, and strategic thinking:
* Strong background in facilities management, including HVAC, building systems, electrical and maintenance
* Proven experience in SHE, sustainability, and compliance frameworks
* Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale projects, budgets, and vendor management
* Experience building and leading high-performing, multidisciplinary teams
* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and decision-making skills
* Degree-qualified (or equivalent experience), with IWFM or equivalent professional qualification preferred
