Deputy Manager (RGN/RMN)
Job Type: Full-Time | 37.5 hours per week (Monday–Friday, Office Hours)
Salary: £46,800 per annum
Location: CW1 4LB
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Deputy Manager to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse (RGN/RMN) with leadership experience to step into a rewarding role supporting the day-to-day management of our nursing home, specialising in care for adults with neurological conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Home Manager in the smooth running of the service.
* Provide leadership and guidance to nursing and care staff.
* Ensure the highest standards of clinical and personal care are delivered.
* Maintain compliance with CQC standards and all regulatory requirements.
* Develop and support the staff team through supervision, training, and performance management.
* Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals.
Requirements:
* NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN).
* Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Team Leader in a nursing home setting.
* Experience in neurological care is highly desirable.
* Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
* Commitment to delivering person-centered, high-quality care.
