What you’ll do
You’ll be part of a close-knit, multi-disciplinary team working across strategy, content, digital, and design. Your role will be varied, hands-on, and full of opportunities to grow.
Your day-to-day might include:
Developing and delivering digital marketing strategies for Koobr and its clients
Supporting email marketing activity, including segmentation, automation, and performance tracking
Managing SEO activity, including keyword research, on-page optimisation and content recommendations
Planning and managing paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and paid social, with a focus on targeting and budget management
Analysing campaign performance, interpreting data and trends, and reporting on results
Advising account managers on digital tactics based on client scenarios and platform knowledge
Acting as the lead contact for any outsourced digital work, including briefing and monitoring performance
Staying up to date with digital marketing trends and platform updates, including channels like YouTube and TikTok
Planning, scheduling, and executing social media campaigns across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and X
Creating compelling content for blogs, websites, social media, and email campaigns that aligns with brand tone and audience needs
Collaborating with internal teams and external creatives to deliver high-quality work
Supporting account delivery and managing smaller, digital-focused accounts under the direction of the Account Director or Account Manager
Attending client meetings and contributing ideas with confidence
Bridging the gap between digital delivery and strategic marketing
Advising account managers on digital tactics based on client scenarios and platform knowledge
Helping free up time for the strategic team by handling delivery-focused tasks such as building emails, creating or briefing social content, and writing blogs
Quality-checking content before it goes live

You’ll thrive in this role if you:
Have 2+ years of experience in a digital or content marketing role
Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Google Ads, Mailchimp or other email marketing platforms
Knowledge of SEO fundamentals
Understand how to tailor content for different audiences and platforms
Can think strategically and contribute to campaign planning
Are confident working directly with clients and internal teams
Have a positive, can-do attitude and love learning new things
Are organised, detail-oriented, and take pride in your work
Bonus points if you have:
Experience with email automation tools and CRM platforms
Familiarity with paid social or PPC campaigns
Experience with image / video creation and editing
Confidence in briefing and managing external contributors
