My client is building the next generation of AI infrastructure sustainable, high-performance data campuses powering Europe’s AI revolution.
As Development Director for the UK & Europe, you’ll lead the front-end development of landmark data center projects, guiding them from site acquisition through design, permitting, and handover to construction.
You’ll shape regional strategy, build and lead a talented team, and ensure every project meets world-class technical and operational standards.
This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on both strategy and execution, a doer who inspires teams, manages complexity across borders, and drives results at pace.
What You’ll Do
* Lead the development lifecycle for major AI infrastructure projects across Europe
* Drive regional growth strategy aligned with emerging AI and compute needs
* Build and guide high-performing teams and partnerships
* Manage permitting, compliance, and delivery across multiple jurisdictions
* Collaborate cross-functionally with design and construction teams
What You Bring
* Experience leading large-scale infrastructure or data center developments
* Deep experience in site development, permitting, and design coordination
* Proven ability to lead teams and manage stakeholders across Europe
* Strategic mindset with hands-on leadership style
* Fluency in English (other European languages a plus)
