Assistant Merchandiser | North West | Merseyside | Ambitious, Entrepreneurial, Relentless | £28,000 - £33,000
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK's fastest-growing lifestyle and performance brands - a premium business that's redefining the fashion space through innovation, bold vision, and exceptional product.
With huge revenue momentum, a strong digital & store presence, and multiple industry accolades and nominations already this year, this brand is scaling fast and gaining serious attention.
All products are designed right here in the UK, and with expansion into international markets and growing retail partnerships - including with some of the UK's most iconic department stores - there's never been a more exciting time to join the team.
As Assistant Merchandiser, you'll play a pivotal role within the product team, helping to shape the commercial strategy, optimise stock flow, and deliver the right product at the right time. It's the perfect next step for someone with merchandising experience who's looking to accelerate their career within a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
What you'll be doing:
* Lead the creation of Monday trade reports, providing sharp weekly insights that highlight risks, uncover opportunities, and directly influence commercial decisions.
* Deliver ad hoc performance analysis across categories to support more data-driven, strategic choices across the wider business.
* Manage line cards, forecasting, and sales/stock planning - driving smarter buy suggestions and keeping product flow on point.
* Monitor intake versus plan, balancing freight budgets, supplier timelines, and wider constraints while guiding the Merch Admin Assistant on key decisions.
* Own the full stock ordering process - from raising POs to managing delivery schedules and coordinating barcodes.
* Support the Senior Merchandiser in building seasonal reporting packs and post-season analysis, including detailed commentary and actionable insight.
* Mentor and support the Merch Admin Assistant, helping to grow future merchandising talent.
* Collaborate closely with Buying, Ecommerce, Logistics, and Marketing - you'll be at the centre of the action and insight.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has hands-on experience in merchandising - either already at Assistant level or ready to make the step up from Merch Admin.
* Is analytical, detail-driven, and thrives in a data-led environment - someone who spots patterns and takes action.
* Brings strong commercial acumen and understands how stock decisions impact the bigger business picture.
* Is organised, proactive, and takes real ownership of their workload and output.
* Has solid Excel skills - vlookups, pivot tables, and data manipulation are second nature.
* Communicates with clarity and confidence across all areas of the business.
