Valere Capital provides subject matter experts who act as expert witnesses in commercial disputes, arbitrations, regulatory investigations, and criminal cases around the world. We source and support our experts, assisting them in providing their services throughout the mandate(s) they have been retained for. Founded in 2008 to provide experts in financial services disputes, Valere has since expanded to cover all industry sectors.

Mandate

We are seeking a highly organised and experienced talent acquisition professional to be a key member of the Expert Engagement team. The successful candidate will play a key role in helping to achieve high service standards when recruiting experts, ensuring that recruitment processes run smoothly, efficiently, and professionally.

Tasks

• Support the Partners with the recruitment of experts by providing administrative and operational support.

• Sourcing and qualifying candidates through our CRM database (Vincere), LinkedIn, and recommendations

• Developing and maintaining key relationships with experts

• Arranging interviews with the experts for the Partners, onboarding the experts, and ensuring smooth communication around interview schedules and details to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Maintain the firm’s recruitment portal (Vincere), ensuring it is kept up-to-date and organized at all times.

• Managing multiple mandates for our clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the best possible recruitment outcomes.

Take on additional duties as required in line with the role.

Time commitment

Full-time with a minimum of 3 days a week in the office to start. Our offices are located in the City of London near Liverpool Street tube station.

Skills & experience

We are looking for a person with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in recruitment. We think a person with an internal talent acquisition background, accustomed to outreach and research, would most likely be a good fit.

Language skills

Fluency in English (speaking and writing) is a prerequisite. Fluency in other languages would be desirable.
