* Shifts: Tuesday - Saturday or Sunday - Thursday - 08:00am-16:00pm.
* Salary: £33,130.20
The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead daily production activity, ensuring safety checks, quality standards and hygiene practices are met.
2. Monitor product quality, complete first-off checks, and escalate issues when needed.
3. Manage materials on the line and report waste, damages, or shortages.
4. Drive performance by meeting hourly targets and coaching staff on best practices.
