SEN School Teaching Assistant

Day-to-day of the role:
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with special educational needs.
* Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
* Support pupils with communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
* Help manage behaviour in a calm and positive manner.
* Create a safe, supportive, and structured learning environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience working with children or young people with SEN, whether in a school, care, or support setting.
* A patient, understanding, and adaptable approach to student interaction.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Desirable (but not essential):
* Knowledge of autism, ADHD, or other learning difficulties.
* Relevant qualification in education or childcare.
