What You’ll Be Doing
* Architect and build a high-scale system designed for millions of users
* Lead CI/CD pipeline development, testing infrastructure, and system design
* Collaborate with ML engineers to deploy models into production
* Work with multi-modal data (text, images, audio, video)
* Shape engineering best practices and grow a high-performance team
What They’re Looking For
* Proven experience building high-load, scalable systems
* Strong Python and AWS expertise
* Experience with Docker, Terraform, and CI/CD automation
* Understanding of React.js and frontend architecture
* Passion for clean code and scalable system design (SOLID, KISS, etc.)
* Prior leadership or mentoring experience in a start-up or fast-moving team
